These terms govern your use of https://www.lonify.in, operated by Lonify Finance Private Limited (CIN U00000OD2026PTC000000).
1. Eligibility
You must be an Indian resident aged 18 or above and able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Application
Submitting an application does not guarantee a loan. Approval, amount, rate and tenure are decided by Lonify Finance Private Limited under its credit policy and are confirmed only in a sanction letter and Key Fact Statement issued by us.
3. Accuracy of information
You agree that the information you provide is true and complete. False information may lead to rejection or recall of the loan.
4. Fees and charges
All fees are disclosed in the Key Fact Statement. Lonify never charges GST, TDS or any other amount to "release" a loan. Payments, if any, are accepted only in the bank account of Lonify Finance Private Limited. See our Fees & Charges page.
5. Communication
You consent to receive calls, SMS and emails about your application and loan.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses from misuse of your Application ID or OTP, or from payments made to anyone other than Lonify Finance Private Limited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at the registered office location having jurisdiction.
